Cottage No. 1:

Sleeps up to 7 Stonebuilt separate cottage built appr. 1850 close to the hunting lodge. It provides 3 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 twin bedded room with 2 single wrought iron beds and wash-basin. 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, wash-basin and nice views to Loch Rannoch. 1 bathroom with toilet and one separate toilet. On the ground floor: Lounge with wood burning stove and view to the Loch. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. NEW: The kitchen has got a new AGA-RAYBURN oil fired cooker which keeps the house warm and saves electricity costs. The cottage is completely furnished. Prices for cottage No. 1 per week: April, May and October: £ 370 June and September: £ 405 July, August, X-mas and New Year: £ 498 Additional bed: £ 50 Beds are made up, table linen and towels are provided. Cleaning after departure, oil for the AGA-RAYBURN is included in the price. Extra costs for electricity (separate meter). In the beautiful garden/park of the lodge a sitting area for residents of cottage No. 1 is provided.

Sleeps 6   Stonebuilt cottage built appr. 1850 close to the hunting lodge. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with large double bed and bathroom en suite.  1 French door. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, wash-basin, French door with access to the garden, loch view. 1 bathroom with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Oil-fired chimney cooker (operating on request), French door with access to the garden as well as private garden terrace at the waterlily pond. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, wash-basin and nice view to the garden. Prices for cottage No. 2 per week: April, May and October: £ 315 June and September: £ 350 July, August, X-mas and New Year: £ 455 Additional bed: £ 50 Beds are made up, table linen and towels are provided. Extra costs for electricity (separate meter) and for oil for chimney cooker which will be operating on request. Costs for oil per day: £ 6 When operating, the chinmey cooker heats up hot water as well as the radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
